目的：观察为老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用股骨近端髓内钉治疗的临床效果。方法将我院收治的50例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者按随机数字表法分组，实验组应用股骨近端髓内钉治疗，对照组应用动力髋螺钉治疗，观察两组手术疗效。结果实验组手术时间、出血量、引流量、骨折愈合时间分别为（67.86±19.21）min、（207.56±85.34）ml、（64.25±20.15）ml、（12.16±2.12）周，以上数值均小于对照组（P<0.05），经统计，实验组骨折愈合优良率高于对照组（92.0 VS 72.0%，P<0.05）。结论实验组老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术效果明显优于对照组，股骨近端髓内钉具有较高的应用价值，值得在各级医院推广。
Objective: To observe the for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture with proximal femoral intramedul ary nail in the treatment of clinical effect. Methods:50 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly patients were randomly grouped, used in the experimental group of proximal femoral intramedul ary nail fixation, the control group treated with dynamic hip screw, observation of curative effect of operation in two groups. Results: in the experimental group, operation time, bleeding volume, drainage volume, fracture healing time was (67.86 ± 19.21) min, (207.56 ± 85.34) ml, (64.25 ± 20.15) ml, (12.16 ± 2.12) weeks, these values were lower than those in control group (P<0.05), by the statistics, the experimental group fractures excellent healing rate higher than that of the control group (92 VS 72%, P< 0.05). Conclusion: in the experimental group, femoral intertrochanteric fracture operation effect is better than that of the control group, the proximal femur has a high application value of intramedul ary nail, worthy of popularization in hospitals of al levels.
