摘要
蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）通常是脑底部动脉瘤或脑动脉畸形破裂，血液直接流入蛛网膜下腔所致。其原因以颅内先天性动脉瘤内最多见。本文通过对病人采用整体护理，提高了护士的各方面能力，缩短患者住院时间，避免并发症的发生，临床上起到很好的效果。
