Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal postoperative suture hemostasis effect on ovarian function
Objective: to study the laparoscopic ovarian cyst resect surgery after using suture hemostasis effects and efficacy. Methods: from December 2010 to December 2011, 120 cases of ovarian cyst patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection, and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group number 60 people, the control group patients use an electrocautery unit of blood, observation group of patients using suture bleeding. On the curative effect of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results:al patients were successful y completed surgery, and the control group were treated by an electrocautery unit of blood after 13 people in ovarian function failure, observation group were treated by suture hemostasis, no patients ovarian function failure phenomenon, the contrast between the two groups have significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with suture hemostasis, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
