Traumatic rupture of the spleen of patients with spleen preserving operation treatment
Objective To explore the clinical effect of spleen preserving operation by the treatment of traumatic spleen rupture. Methods 32 patients from 2009 March to 2012 December in our hospital were traumatic rupture of spleen, spleen preserving operation treatment were adopted, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results of the 32 patients in the operation of preserving spleen, splenic repair was performed in 18 cases, partial splenectomy in 14 cases. 1 cases died of severe trauma associated with multiple organ failure, 31 patients were cured, not the two operation, postoperative CT, B ultrasound examinations were fol owed up, confirm the reserved spleen good healing. Conclusion under the strict control of spleen preserving treatment indications under the premise of spleen preserving operation, treatment method is safe, effective, for patients with ruptured in indications within the scope of the traumatic spleen, should as far as possible the use of spleen preserving treatment of traumatic splenic rupture.
