摘要
目的：探讨临床中急救护理流程构建的相关方法和重要意义。方法：从2008年起我院急诊科构建并完善了120个护理流程，并制定了相应的流程标准，用于急诊护理工作、危重患者抢救工作、急救器械操作工作、急救护理工作、突发事故、卫生事件处理工作以及临床带教工作和医院感染工作等，同时在临床工作中不断将其进行完善。结果：通过实施急救护理流程，对急救护理工作进行规范，使急救效率和患者满意度都获得提高，构建了起了良好的护理文化。结论：实施急救护理流程管理，使急救护理工作具有了安全性、快速性以及高效性，确保了护理操作的安全。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing process of emergency related methods and significance in clinical.Methods:The emergency department of our hospital and the construction of 120 nursing process improvement from 2008,and to formulate corresponding process standards,for emergency care,critical y il patients rescue work,first aid equipment operation,emergency care,emergency,health emergency treatment and clinical teaching hospital infection and work,at the same time in the clinical work wil continue to improve. Results:Through the implementation of emergency care flow,regulate the emergency care,make emergency efficiency and patient satisfaction are improved,build up good nursing culture.Conclusion:The implementation of emergency nursing process management,the first aid nursing has the safety,rapidity and efficiency,ensure the safety of nursing operation.
