Clinical value in patients with chronic subdural hematomain the treatment of skul dril ing drainage
Objective To investigate the skul dril ingdrainage in treating chronic subdural hematoma of theclinical effect and application value. Methods a retrospective analysis of 48 cases of chronic subdural hematoma drainage of skul dril ing cases, curative effectand fol ow-up results of operation. Results 48 patientsunderwent cranial trepanation and drainage, intracranial pressure, cerebral compression symptoms, signs werewithin 12 hours were significantly improved, no deaths, nointracranial hemorrhage, brain injury and intracranial infection. One year fol ow-up, 1 cases of recurrence.Conclusion skul trepanation and drainage for chronic subdural hematoma is an ideal curative effect, safeoperation, and is suitable for wide popularization andapplication.
