objective to study the analysis of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy TB treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect for the treatment of kidney stones. Methods recently admitted in our hospital 80 cases of patients with kidney stones as the research object, and random grouping, divided into the treatment group 40 cases, control group 40 cases. Treatment group given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy TB treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results the observation group stone row of net time and per capita number of gravel were significantly less than the control group, difference has statistical significance (p < 0.05); Row stone total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, with significant difference (p < 0.05).
