Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of warning electrocardiogram for coronary heart disease.Methods:Randomly selected from the first three months has gold standard test for diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients 113 cases,lines of dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring,observation and record of coronary heart disease(clinical symptoms:heart palpitations,flustered,chest pain,etc.)before the presence of abnormal coronary heart disease.In addition to 47 healthy people as control dynamic coronary heart disease monitoring.Results:The 34 patients before the onset of different degree of abnormal coronary heart disease,coronary heart disease changes before the rest of the disease in patients with no obvious changes. Through the statistical analysis,P<0.01,statistical y significant.Conclusion:Warning electrocardiogram has certain significance to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
