Objective To explore the gimmick reset the clinical curative effect of BPPV. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2012 December to 2013 December in our hospital 92cases of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo patients clinical data. Result Involvement of this group of 92 patients with BPPV according to different parts of different gimmick reset, cure 86 cases (93.5%), 4 cases were improved (4.3%), invalid in 2 cases (2.2%), the total effective rate was 97.8%. Al patients were fol owed up for 6 months, 4 cases of patients with no obvious cause relapse, the recurrence rate was 4.3%. Conclusion Sure manual reduction for treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Be quick,Method is simple and short-term recurrence rate is low, Can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of BPPV.
