Low dose of local anesthetic in patients with subarachnoid injection cesarean efficacy analysis
Objective : To investigate the application of low-dose anesthetic caesarean section performed intrathecal clinical results for reference . Methods: July 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital cesarean section 120 cases included in the study were randomly assigned to receive continuous spinal anesthesia were experimental group intrathecal bupivacaine 7.5mg +Fen fentanyl 20μ, the control group intrathecal bupivacaine 10.0mg + fentanyl 20μ. Compared two groups of maternal postoperative VAS scores at each time point , the anesthetic effect of differences. Results: The comparison with the control group , we found that the experimental groups were postoperative 6h, 24h each time point VAS score was significantly lower , the difference between groups was significant after statistical analysis (p <0.05). In the sense that the motor block onset time, the two groups closer anesthetic effect (P> 0.05), but it feels much shorter recovery time in the experimental group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Cesarean section performed low-dose intrathecal injection of local anesthetic helps to reduce maternal discomfort and pain after surgery , the anesthetic effect is good, in the future it can be widely applied.
