加替沙星联合炎琥宁与头孢他啶联合炎琥宁治疗成人上呼吸道感染的疗效对比

目的：对比分析加替沙星联合炎琥宁与头孢他啶联合炎琥宁治疗成人上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：抽取来我院诊治的上呼吸道感染成年患者60例，随机分为两组，A组采用加替沙星联合炎琥宁进行治疗,B组采用头孢他啶联合炎琥宁进行治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果：根据疗效评价标准， A组患者治愈29例，治疗有效率为96.67%；B组患者治愈26例，治疗有效率为86.67%；两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论：加替沙星联合炎琥宁治疗成人上呼吸道感染不仅能够显著缓解症状，提高治疗效果，还能够防止并发症的发生，明显缩短治疗时间，值得临床广泛应用。
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Gatifloxacin combined with Yanhuning and Ceftazidime combined with Yanhuning in treatment of adult upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:60 adult patients of upper respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into A,B groups(30 patients in each group).Patients in group A were treated with gatifloxacin combined with Yanhuning;Patients in group B were treated with ceftazidime combined with Yanhuning.A retrospective comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect was made to the 2 groups. Results:According to Response Evaluation Criteria,29 cases in group A were cured,effective rate was 96.67%;26 cases in group B were cured,effective rate was 86.67%;no significant adverse reactions occured in both of the 2 groups.Conclusion:Gatifloxacin combined with Yanhuning in treatment of adult respiratory tract infections is worthy of wider application because it can not only significantly relieve symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect,but also prevent complications,significantly shorter treatment time.
