Objective: To investigate the clinical features and nursing experience of adult syndrome in patients with obstructive sleep apnea. Methods: analysis of 304 cases in our department, were confirmed by PSG (polysomnography) monitoring and diagnosis for OSAHS, according to the international standard method, application of Alice - Five, the synchronization index were recorded, among them, male 254 cases, female 50 cases. To explore the clinical features and nursing intervention. Results: OSAHS, severe 34%, moderate 24%, mild 42%. Occurrence of nocturnal hypoxemia in 97%. Supine apnea is 53%, lateral apnea 47%. Conclusion: the clinical characteristics of OSAHS, the correct guide patients to change the bad habits, and active treatment of dangerous diseases, necessary for the implementation of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) treatment.
