摘要
目的：探讨子宫肌瘤患者开腹手术治疗的临床效果。方法：对我院2012年-2013年收治的47例，所有患者均进行了一系列的开腹手术治疗，对患者的治疗效果进行回顾性分析，观察患者开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。结果：所有患者在进行开腹手术治疗之后均取得了良好的效果，47例患者当中有5例患者出现并发症，经过一系列的治疗之后，患者能够痊愈；另外有12例患者在手术后需要使用镇痛治疗。结论：对子宫肌瘤患者进行开腹手术治疗，能够有效改善患者的病情，在手术后要对患者进行一系列的护理，缓解患者的疼痛情况，在手术期间做好一系列的护理措施，从而提高治疗的效果。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of uterine fibroids abdominal surgery. Methods: 47 cases in our hospital in 2012 and 2013 were treated, al patients underwent a series of open surgery on patient outcomes were retrospectively analyzed, observed clinical effect in patients with open surgery of uterine fibroids . Results: Al patients after abdominal surgery during both achieved good results, 47 patients in which five patients had complications after a series of treatments, patients can be cured; another 12 patients after surgery needed analgesic therapy. Conclusion: Uterine fibroid patients with abdominal surgery, can effectively improve the patient's condition after surgery to the patient through a series of treatments, the patient's pain relief, good range of care measures during surgery, thus enhance the effects of treatment.
