Clinical diagnosis and analysis of results of B-ultrasound in uterine fibroids
Objective: To investigate value of diagnosis of B-ultrasound in uterine fibroids. Methods: 80 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2013 were selected as study .The accuracy of diagnosis of B-ultrasound in uterine fibroids were reviewed. Results: when patients with B -ultrasound ,80 patients were found that there was a strong echo group at the bottom of the uterus ,67 patients with strong light echo groups at left uterine horn position,13 patients with strong light echo groups at right uterine horn position; 42 patients with fibroids diameter 5cm or less,25 patients with fibroids diameter 5cm-9cm, 13 patients with fibroids diameter 9cm or bigger;After B-ultrasound diagnostic,In 80 patients ,69 cases of uterine fibroids were confirmed with pathological y and Surgery ,with accuracy of 86.25%. Conclusion: B-ultrasound diagnosis in uterine fibroids has important value ,While with simple, painless , non-invasive , reproducible, high diagnostic accuracy advantage.
