摘要
目的：观察混合牙列期上颌前部多生牙伴恒切牙严重扭转的早期治疗效果，寻求有效矫治措施。方法对2009年1月至2012年12月本院口腔科收治58例混合牙列期上颌前部多生牙伴恒切牙严重扭转的早期治疗病例资料进行分析，对所有病例的多生牙麻醉后拔除并矫正治疗。观察矫治技术或加上颌前部分裂簧扩弓辅助治疗的方法临床治疗效果。结果所有病例经过麻醉后拔除并矫正治疗6-9个月的矫正治疗，牙列美观无并发症，随访6个月疗效稳定。结论混合牙列期上颌前部多生牙伴恒切牙严重影响儿童牙列发展，早期全面检查分析并酌情制定合理的诊疗方案，不仅牙列美观而且对后期提高患者生活信心均有重要的临床意义。
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of early treatment of mixed dentition period of supernumerary teeth in anterior maxil a with permanent incisor severe torsion, seek effective countermeasures. 2009 January to 2012 December to our hospital department of Stomatology treated 58 cases of mixed dentition maxil ary anterior early treatment of patients were more teeth with permanent incisor serious torsion analysis, for al cases of supernumerary teeth extracted and orthodontic treatment of anesthesia. Observation method for correction of maxil ary anterior part of technology or fissure spring expansion therapy clinical curative effect. Results al patients after anesthesia after removal of orthodontic treatment and orthodontic treatment 6-9 months, no complications of dental appearance, stable 6 months fol ow-up effect. Conclusion mixed dentition maxil ary anterior supernumerary teeth seriously affects children with incisor teeth development, early comprehensive examination analysis and to enact reasonable treatment scheme, not only the appearance and clinical significance of dentition improve confidence of life of the patients are important for later.
