摘要
目的：探讨医护一体化分层级责任制护理在外科护理中的应用效果。方法对我院外科76例患者实施医护一体化分层级责任制护理，分析比较实施医护一体化分层级责任制护理前后护理质量，患者满意度。结果实施前后医疗护理质量，患者满意度比较均具有显著性差异（P ＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论外科护理中实施医护一体化分层级责任制护理能促进患者康复，提高护理质量，提高患者满意度，调动护理人员积极性，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective Study the effect of application of medical integration level responsibility system nursing in surgical care. Method The implementation of the medical integration level responsibility system nursing of 76 cases of the implementation of the surgical department of our hospital, comparing before and after the implementation of health integrated hierarchical level responsibility system nursing nursing quality, patient satisfaction. Result Implementation of the quality of medical care, patient satisfaction were significant difference (P < 0.05), there was statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing care integrated hierarchical responsibility can promote the rehabilitation of patients in surgical care, improve the quality of care, improve patient satisfaction, mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff, and is worthy of popularization and application.
