Prevention value of carboprost suppositories combined oxytocin for 112 cases of postpartum hemorrhage
Objective: To investigate prevention value of carboprost suppositories combined oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: Clinical data of 224 cases of parturient women in our hospital from August 2010 to March 2013 were reviewed. Results: The postpartum hemorrhage rate of treatment group(2.68%) was significantly lower than that of control group(9.82%),with a significant difference (P <0.05). The third stage of labor , postpartum hemorrhage 2h and 24h postpartum hemorrhage of treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group,(P<0.01). After treatment , the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The adverse reactions rate of treatment group( 8.04%) was not significant different with that of the control group (6.25%)(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The carboprost suppositories combined oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage have significant clinical efficacy.
