摘要
目的：探讨半导体激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。在静脉复合麻下采用半导体激光治疗下肢静脉曲张患者30例，随访1～17个月观察疗效。结果术后全部患者曲张静脉消失，下肢酸胀沉重感觉明显改善，肢体色素沉着不同程度减轻，皮肤瘙痒缓解，术后平均住院时间为3.3（1～12）天。结论半导体激光治疗下肢静脉曲张具有创伤小、恢复快、安全、有效、美观、住院时间短等特点。
Abstract
objective to investigate the curative effect of semiconductor laser treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities. Under in the vein compound anesthesia using semiconductor laser treatment of 30 patients with varicose veins of lower limb, fol owed up for 1-17 months to observe the curative effect. Results al patients with varicose veins disappeared after operation and lower limb acid bilges feeling heavy, body pigmentation to reduce to varying degrees, itchy skin, average postoperative hospital stay was 3.3 (1-12) days. Conclusion semiconductor laser treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities has smal trauma, quick recovery, safe, effective, beautiful, shorter hospitalization time, etc.
