A study about the clinical effect and safety of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole and cobamamide for the treatment of the 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of cobamamide joint ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical efficacy and safety, to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of such diseases. Methods 160 cases patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were the objects for study for the study, and randomly divided into control group and study group, the study group were received a treatment with cobamamide joint ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole and the control group were treated with cobamamide. Results The total effective rate of study group and control group were 88.75% and 58.75%, and the rate of significant efficiency were 62.5 % and 35.0% respectively, and the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity of study group and control group have been significantly improved, the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05). The improvement about the nerve conduction velocity of study group was greater than control group, and the difference was statistical y significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment with cobamamide joint ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole has a clear clinical effect for diabetic peripheral neuropathy, clinical safety is good.
