objective: to explore children's chest CT scans, and low dose CT scanning technology on children's chest lesions in the clinical application value. Main selection methods:our hospital since 2012-2013 between children need to do to stay in patients with chest CT scans, a total of 30 cases, on the conventional scanning and low-dose chest CT scan, and then observe the pathological changes of quantitative and qualitative diagnosis of differences as wel as radiation dose. Results: compared with the conventional dose CT scan, low dose CT scanning for patients diagnosed as wel as observe no significant difference, while the radiation dose.
