摘要
PICC置管是一条安全、科学的静脉输液途径，尤其对肿瘤化疗患者，应用PICC可减少频繁穿刺和化疗药物对静脉的影响，为肿瘤患者多程化疗提供了方便。但置管病人带管回家后的维护在很大程度上影响着PICC导管的留置时间，因此PICC导管家庭护理对保证PICC导管的顺利留置，提高患者生活质量尤为重要。
Abstract
PICC catheter is a safe means of intravenous infusion, science, especial y on tumor chemotherapy patients, application of PICC can reduce the effect of frequent puncture and chemotherapeutic drugs on veins, provides convenience for cancer patients with chemotherapy. But the catheter patients with maintenance after the home has a great influence on the retention time of PICC catheter, the catheter nursing home care to ensure the smooth PICC PICC catheter indwel ing, it is very important to improve the quality of life of the patients.
