In -depth analysis of the importance of microbiological examination of hospital infection control
Objective To investigate the importance and necessity of microbiological testing for hospital infection control . Methods January 2011 to January 2013 on the condition I was in hospital patients treated 148 cases for the study, and in accordance with the admission numbers were randomly divided into two groups of test group and the conventional group , 74 patients each share . Which test group of 74 patients accepted microbiological testing on the basis of conventional therapy , patients with any conventional group testing methods are not taken . 30 days compared two groups of patients with nosocomial infection probability and extent of infection . Results within one month , 74 patients in the conventional group , 11 cases of nosocomial infections occur , the infection rate was 14.86% , six cases , the degree of infection beyond the test group was significantly heavier than test group of patients , a statisticaly significant difference between groups , P < 0.05 . Conclusion microbiological testing hospitalized patients , can effectively enhance the patient's resistance, reducing the chances of nosocomial infections , aleviate the suffering of patients , the degree of control of hospital infections is important, worthy of promotion.
