Clinical efficacy of Yangxueqingnao Granule in treatment of patients with senile cerebral insufficiency
Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of Yangxueqingnao Granule in treatment of patients with senile cerebral insufficiency. Methods: 90 patients with senile cerebral insufficiency in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were divided into the control group ,treated by oral nimodipine on the basis of conventional therapy and the treatment group,treated by Yangxueqingnao Granule on the basis of conventional therapy. After treatment (40days),the clinical efficacy and cerebral hemodynamics indexes of two groups were analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group(91.18%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.19 %) ( P<0.05 ).The cerebral hemodynamics indexes of the treatment group were better than that of the control group,( P<0.05 ),with no significant adverse reactions . Conclusion:Yangxueqingnao particles can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of cerebral insufficiency in elderly patients.
