摘要
目的：：分析康复护理对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能以及生存质量的具体作用。方法：随机选取我院2009年6月～2013年6月入院的100例阿尔茨海默病患者，随机分成研究组合观察组，每组50例患者。研究组使用康复护理的方式，观察组使用常规护理的方式。两组患者各自在护理干预前以及护理干预后的3个月时间做简单的精神状态评分以及日常生活能力评分。结果：研究组患者相比观察组患者，认知功能有显著改善、生存质量也有明显提升。结论：对患者实行康复护理，能够有效提升阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能以及生存质量。
Abstract
Objective: To analysis of rehabilitation nursing on cognitive function in alzheimer's patients and specific role of quality of life. Methods: randomly selected from June 2009 to June 2013 hospital 100 cases of alzheimer's patients, were randomly divided into study combination group, 50 cases in each group. Team used way of rehab-ilitation nursing, the observation group using conventional care. Two groups of patients in nursing intervention before and after the nursing intervention of 3 months time to do a si-mple mental state evaluation and daily life ability. Results: compared with the observation group patients group of patients, can improve the cognitive function and quality of life has improved significantly. Conclusion:the patients in rehabilitation nursing, can effectively improve the cognitive function of alzheimer's patients and quality of life.
