Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment effect of ESD in early gastric cancer and Premalignant lesion area and safety. Methods The analysis method of ESD therapy in 56 cases of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively in patients and postoperative folow-up observation, to summarize the diagnosis and treatment effect. Results A total of 75 lesions in 56 patients with en bloc resection rate was 93.2% (70/75), histological curative resection rate was 94.5% (71/75), acute bleeding rate was 4% (3/75), postoperative delayed bleeding rate was 6.6% (5/75), postoperative abdominal pain occurred in 45.3% (34/75), 56 patients there were no massive hemorrhage, perforation and death and other complications. The mean operation time was 65.4min. Observation on 56 cases of patients with ESD after ulcer healing rate was 100% within 2 months of gastroscopy (75/75). The mean folow-up time was 10 months (7 ~ 19 months), no local recurrence occurred residual lesions, and abnormal lesions. Conclusion ESD can complete removal of large lesion, can provide a complete pathologic diagnosis of material, the recurrence rate is low, is a safe and effective treatment for early gastric cancer and precancer diagnosis.
