Analysis of characteristics of 56 cases of residual stomach trouble of endoscopy
Objective: to explore the residual stomach disease features of endoscopic examination. Methods: a retrospective analysis of our hospital after most of the 56 cases of gastric resection in patients with endoscopic and pathological examination results and clinical data. Results: residual stomach and anastomotic inflammation, 29 cases (51.8%), the residual stomach and 16 cases of anastomotic ulcer, accounted for 28.6%, 8 cases of atypical increase the living, accounted for 14.3%, the residual 3 cases of gastric cancer, accounting for 5.4%. There are 23 cases of bile reflux, accounting for 41.1%. Conclusion: the residual stomach trouble getting presents different characteristics under endoscopy, conducive to disease identification, in the formulation of treatment as soon as possible, improve the prognosis of patients.
