健康教育对孕产妇围产期保健的影响

目的:探究孕产妇在围产期保健门诊应用健康教育对其分娩结果的影响。方法:选自本院2013年收治孕产妇600例,以随机数字表的方式将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各有孕产妇300例。对照组孕产妇接受常规的围产期保健服务,观察组孕产妇则在对照组基础上给予健康教育指导,对比2组孕产妇各项临床指标。结果:相对于对照组,观察组孕产妇顺产、依从性以及满意程度等对比均有显著优越性,两者具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:在孕产妇围产期接受健康教育保健,消除孕产妇因为对分娩的未知而产生恐惧,更好的保障母婴健康安全。
The influence of health education on maternal perinatal health care
objective: to explore the maternal health education in perinatal health room application on its birth outcomes. Methods: selected from our hospital in 2013 were 600 cases of pregnant and parturient women, with random number table, it can be divided into control group and observation group, each group had 300 cases of maternal. Control group maternal accept regular perinatal health care, the observation group had maternal care in the control group on the basis of application of health education, compared two groups of maternal clinical indicators. Results: compared with control group, the observation group of maternal natural labor, compliance and nursing satisfaction have significant advantages such as contrast, both statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in maternal application in perinatal health education and health, eliminate the maternal because the unknown and fear of childbirth, helps to ensure the safety of maternal and infant body.
