摘要
目的：通过统计和分析我院门诊中非甾体抗炎药的使用状况，为加强我院非甾体抗炎药应用的规范化和科学化提供参考。方法：从2012年01月至2012年12月的所有门诊处方中随机抽取22467张，并统计其中非甾体抗炎药的使用状况，按使用总量选出6位的药物，分析其在年龄、剂量使用的规范性及该药物应用的症状与其说明书上适应证的符合性方面的分布特征。结果：抽样中使用非甾体抗炎药的患者为1498例，占抽样总数22467例的6.67％。非甾体抗炎药使用频率最高6位分别为洛索洛芬钠片，尼美舒利缓释片，塞来昔布胶囊，双氯芬酸钠缓释片，拜阿司匹林片，对乙酰氨基酚缓释片，前六位药物的DUI值均小于1，其药物的使用全部符合规定。病种以老年性关节炎最多。结论：我院非甾体抗炎药的使用大部分符合其说明书适应证，应用基本合理。
Abstract

Conclusion: The use of anti-inflammatory drugs in our hospital nonsteroidal most consistent with its specification indications, the application basicaly rational matter.
