Objective To investigate the proximal end of the intramedulary nail with locking compression plate was observed between the treatment of femur fractures application of reverse effect of treatment. Methods A retrospective hospital in July 2010 to October 2013 were treated 120 cases of reverse femur fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups of 60 cases. Observation group proximal femoral nail treatment, control group using locking compression plate for treatment. And intraoperative blood loss, respectively, for the two groups of patients, operative time, healing time and hip function were analyzed retrospect-tively. Results Observation group (proximal femoral nail) intraoperative blood loss, operative time, and hip fracture healing time evaluation function than the control group, and the difference was significant, statisticaly significant, P <0.05 .Conclusions Treatment of femoral intramedulary nail end sub fractures with less blood loss reversal, rapid recovery, improve quality of life in patients with postoperative advantages, and can achieve significant clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical application.
