Comparative analysis of laparoscopic assisted vaginal and abdominal hysterectomy
Objective: To investigate clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal and abdominal hysterectomy. Methods: 88 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from June 2012 to November 2013 were selected as the study and underwent hysterectomy. 46 cases of LAVH ( laparoscopicaly assisted vaginal hysterectomy ) , 42 cases of TAH ( abdominal hysterectomy ) . The operative time , blood loss, postoperative fever , vaginal stump infection and thrombophlebitis incidence rate of gastric disorders of two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the mean operative time of LAVH group (122.5±21.7) min was significantly higher than that of TAH group (95.2±12.8) min, (P <0.01); But blood loss of LAVH group (145.2±13.6) ml was significantly less than that of TAH group (153.6±15.8) ml, (P <0.05); the incidence of postoperative thrombophlebitis TAH group (11.90% ), the incidence of gastrointestinal disorders LAVH group( 30.95%)was significantly higher than that of TAH group, (P <0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopicaly assisted vaginal hysterectomy is a safe and effective procedure, and has the advantages of minimaly invasive application prospects.
