摘要
利用固体分散技术原理制备的丸剂称为滴丸，其制作过程是先将药物溶解或混悬于载体中，然后滴到与药物基质不相溶的液体冷凝剂中迅速冷却而成滴丸技术已经应用在中药中。中药滴丸剂与传统中药制剂相比避免了传统中药生物利用度低、服用不方便、起效慢的缺点，同时发扬了传统中药毒副作用小、安全性好、不良反应少等优点。本文就中药滴丸剂的特点及其应用等方面的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract
