High-risk pregnancy, prenatal care for pregnant women and nursing intervention requirements
Objective : To investigate the nursing intervention in high-risk prenatal care requirements and methods of pregnant women . Methods: 2011 ~ 2013 in our hospital 112 cases of high-risk pregnancy pregnant women were randomly divided into groups each of 56 cases , routine prenatal care wil be taken to the intervention group were set to be implemented by wel- established prenatal care intervention the observation group , the demand for prenatal care and effect of al pregnant women enroled in the investigation and assessment. Results:112 patients required prenatal care focused on aspects of fetal conditions , pregnant women and other physical and mental condition and disease knowledge , folowed by the percentage was 75.9 %, 57.1% and 52.7% . Observation group after treatment , the T-AI score , S-AI scores were compared with the control group to be superior (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high-risk pregnant women for prenatal care requirements are mainly concentrated in the fetal condition , pregnant women and other physical and mental condition and disease knowledge , clinical attention should be strengthened , and through active and intensive care intervention approach to improve clinical finishing treatment effect.
