Ruptured esophageal gastric varices bleeding postoperative nursing care of patients underwent endoscopic hemostatic treatment
Objective: To study the analysis of the effective postoperative care of patients with esophageal gastric varices rupture under endoscopic hemostatic treatment is effective. Methods: to review the hospital in March 2013 - January 2014 with outpatient admitted cirrhosis of the liver vein pressure merger cases, 84 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients, give patients injections under endoscopic guidance of adhesive joint vein hemorrhage treatment, giving the control group, the progress on postoperative nursing care of patients with routine treatment group patients with effective nursing intervention on the basis of this, the two groups of patients with postoperative bleeding condition were analyzed. Results: after treatment, the treatment group and control group in patients with hemostatic effectiveness were 95.24% and 78.57%, respectively. In patients with effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: effective nursing intervention for postoperative endoscopic downward ruptured esophageal gastric varices bleeding in patients with clinical treatment effect significantly, can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, to achieve the effect of the bleeding.
