摘要
目的：：了解大连市友谊医院鲍氏不动杆菌在临床科室中的分布特点和耐药性情况。方法：分析151株鲍氏不动杆菌的标本来源、临床科室分布和耐药情况。结果：鲍氏不动杆菌主要分离于痰标本，占40.4%；临床主要分布在重症医学科、外科ICU和神经重症监护病房；鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药情况严重。结论：鲍氏不动杆菌对多种抗生素的耐药性均较高，临床应合理使用抗生素并加强监测其耐药性，防止耐药菌株的形成和传播。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the Dalian Friendship Hospital of Acinetobacter baumanni distribution characteristics of Bacilus in the clinical departments and drug resistance situation. Method: analysis of 151 strains of Acinetobacter baumanni specimen source, distribution and drug resistance of clinical departments. Results: Acinetobacter baumanni mainly isolated from sputum specimens, accounting for 40.4%; the main clinical distribution in the ICU, surgical ICU and neuro ICU; Acinetobacter baumanni resistance was serious. Conclusion: the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanni to various antibiotics were higher, the clinical reasonable use of antibiotics and to strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance, prevent the formation and spread of drug resistant strains.
