摘要
目的：：分析32例慢性酒精中毒性脑病的磁共振影像特征，探讨磁共振在慢性酒精中毒性脑病中的诊断价值。材料与方法：回顾性对2003年2月-2013年2月经临床确诊慢性酒精中毒性脑病并行磁共振检查的32例患者进行影像分析。结果：慢性酒精中毒性脑病影像可表现为不同程度脑萎缩及脑白质变性。结论：慢性酒精中毒性脑病的磁共振影像有明显改变。
Abstract
Objective: Analysis of 32 cases of magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy, explore the value of mri in the diagnosis of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy. Materials and methods: a retrospective on February 2003-2013 2 menstrual clinical diagnosis of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy paralel mri image analysis of 32 cases of patients. Results: chronic alcoholic encephalopathy image can show the different degree of brain atrophy and degeneration of brain white matter. Conclusion: the magnetic resonance imaging of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy have obvious change.
