剖宫产术中挤压子宫前后壁在减少产后出血的作用

摘要
目的：探讨剖宫产术中挤压子宫前后壁对减少产后出血的作用。方法：随机选取2011年1月至2012年11月在我科实施剖宫产的产妇。A组在剖宫产中实施将子宫托出腹腔挤压子宫前后壁，B组按常规处理。结果：A组在产后出血量及手术时间均小于B组，有统计学意义。结论：剖宫产术中挤压子宫前后壁能有效减少产后出血量并缩短手术时间。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the cesarean section uterine before and after extrusion wal on reduction of postpartum bleeding in the role of. Methods: a randomly selected 2011 January to 2012 November in our department implementation of cesarean section. Group A in cesarean section uterine support out of the peritoneal cavity wil be implemented before and after extrusion uterine wal, B group with conventional treatment. Results: in A group, the amount of postpartum bleeding and operation time are less than B group, there was statistical significance. Conclusion: cesarean section uterine wal extrusion and can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding and shorten the operation time.
