摘要
目的：探究针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法对治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的应用价值。方法：将172例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各86例，其中观察组实施针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法的治疗措施，对照组单纯实施常规康复治疗，4周后观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及神经功能缺损情况。结果：观察组患者临床治疗情况明显优于对照组，总体有效率为96.5%，对照组为82.6%，两组存在明显差异性（P<0.05）；在神经功能缺损方面，观察组治疗后评分为（4.1±1.3）分，对照组为（9.7±3.6）分，观察组明显低于对照组，具有统计学意义。结论：针刺经筋结点结合康复疗法治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪临床疗效确切，可有效改善患者的神经功能缺损情况，促进患者的康复。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the tendon junction by combining acupuncture therapy for the treatment of stroke rehabilitation spastic paralysis value. Methods: 172 cases of spastic paralysis after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 86 cases in each group , including the observation group after acupuncture treatment combined with tendon junction rehabilitation therapy , the control group were implemented conventional rehabilitation , were observed after 4 weeks of treatment and clinical neurological deficit situation . Results: The clinical condition of patients in the observation group than the control group , the overal response rate was 96.5% and 82.6% in the control group , there are significant differences (P <0.05) groups ; After neurological deficit , the observation group score was (4.1 ± 1.3) points in the control group (9.7 ± 3.6) points in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group , with statistical significance. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation after tendon junction therapy spastic paralysis after stroke clinical efficacy, which can effectively improve the patient's neurological deficit , promote the rehabilitation of patients.
