Objective: To investigate the combination of X-ray fluoroscopy in the diagnosis of children with bronchial foreign bodies in value. Methods: August 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital 56 patients with bronchial foreign bodies in children were analyzed, the observation group was combined with X-ray fluoroscopy, the control group used X-ray, to observe the diagnostic accuracy. Results: The observation group found that the presence of mediastinal swing signs and diagnosis of 52 cases bronchoscopy coincidence rate 92.86%, the control group found that the presence of mediastinal swing signs and diagnosis of 40 cases bronchoscopy coincidence rate 71.42%, the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: X-ray fluoroscopy combined with the diagnosis based on the performance of static observation on the chest diaphragm activity can dynamical y observe and mediastinal swing situation has important clinical value in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign bodies in children.
