目的：探讨雄激素联合环孢菌素A治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的50例再生障碍性贫血患者作为研究对象，本组患者均采用雄激素联合环孢菌素A进行治疗，对其临床特征及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果：本组患者的治疗总有效率为52.0%；其中S A A的总有效率为20.0%， CAA的总有效率为60.0%。病程小于6个月的CAA患者，治疗总有效率显著高于病程在0.5～2年之间及大于2年者，P<0.05，差异均具有统计学意义。治疗后，网织红细胞计数首先明显升高，然后是血红蛋白计数增多，其后为白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数增多，最后为血小板计数升高。结论：再生障碍性贫血患者应用雄激素联合环孢菌素A进行治疗，具有确切的治疗效果，是治疗再生障碍性贫血的理想方法。
Aplastic anemia in patients with clinical features and curative effect analysis
