银花泌炎灵联合坦洛辛治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

目的：探讨银花泌炎灵联合坦洛辛治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法：选取慢性前列腺炎患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组50例采用口服银花泌炎灵联合坦洛辛、左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗，对照组50例采用左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗，观察两组临床效果。结果：观察组的总有效率为96.0%，对照组的总有效率为70.0%，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：银花泌炎灵联合坦洛辛、左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎优于单纯左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective: exploring spirit Silver Flower secreting inflammatory joint Tanzania-Lo shin clinical effect on treatment of Chronic prostatitis. Methods: patients with Chronic prostatitis in 100 cases, randomly observation group and the control group observation on 50 cases of oral Silver flower spirit secreting inflammatory joint Tanzania-Lo shin and left-of loxacin capsules in the treatment and control groups and left-of loxacin capsules in the treatment of 50 cases, observation of clinical effect on two groups. Results: total efficiency of the observation group is 96%, 70% total effective rate for the control group, total efficiency comparison of two groups, a statistical y significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: the Silver flower spirit secreting inflammatory joint Tanzania-Lo shin and left-of loxacin in the treatment of Chronic prostatitis is superior to a simple left-ofloxacin capsules in the treatment, and clinical application.
