摘要
目的：观察老年痴呆症病人心理护理临床疗效。方法将116例老年痴呆症患者随机分成两组。试验组，常规护理和药物治疗的基础上进行心理护理；对照组：常规护理和药物治疗。治疗90～150d后，应用两次简易智力状况检查量表（mini-mental state examination，MMSE）测试。结果实验组：显效27例（46.55%），有效18例（31.03%），好转9例（15.52%），无效4例（6.9%），总有效45例，总有效率77.58%；对照组：显效16例（27.59%），有效14例（24.14%），好转17例（29.31%），无效11例（18.97%），总有效30例，总有效率51.72%。结论心理护理对老年痴呆症病人较常规护理有明显的疗效。
Abstract
AIM: To observe the clinical efficacy of psychological care of Alzheimer patients. Method: 116 alzheimer's patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group included psychological care, routine nursing plus drug therapy, the control group included only routine nursing and drug therapy. The treatments were lasted 90-150 days, according to the mini-mental state examination test. Result: in the experiment group, there were 27 patients were markedly effective(46.55%), 18 patients were medicable(31.03%), 9 patients were improved(6.9%) and 4 patients were invalid(6.9%), the total effective rate was 77.58%. In the control group, there were 16 patients were markedly effective (27.59%), 14 patients were medicable (24.14%), 17 patients were improved(29.31%) and 11 patients were invalid(18.97%), the total effective rate was 51.72%. Conclusion: Psychological care for Alzheimer patients has a significant effect compared with conventional care.
