摘要
目的：分析采用经尿道等离子电切前列腺的治疗效果。方法将128例前列腺增生症患者随机分组为观察组和对照组。对照组：采用传统经尿道电切术；观察组：采用经尿道等离子电切前列腺。结果观察组治疗有效率和手术时间以及并发症发生率分别为96.9%(62/64)、(47.5±1.5)min、4.7%(3/64)与对照组87.5%(56/64)、(65.8±3.0)min、15.6%(10/64)比较(P<0.05)。结论采用经尿道等离子电切前列腺患者，其能够有效地提高治疗效果，降低并发症的发生，其是一种安全有效地治疗方法。
Abstract
Objective analysis using transurethral transurethral resection of the prostate plasma treatment. Methods 128 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients randomized to the observation group and control group. Control group: the traditional transurethral resection; observation group: transurethral prostate transurethral plasma. Efficient observation group therapy and surgical time and complication rates were 96.9% (62/64), (47.5 ± 1.5) min, 4.7% (3/64) and the control group was 87.5% (56/64), (65.8±3.0) min, 15.6% (10/64) comparison (P <0.05).
