Objective: To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction patients in convalescence stage. Methods: the cerebral infarction in our hospital, 100 patients recovered period were analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups, one group was treated with conventional nursing measures for the control group, a group based in observation group, routine nursing measures on the implementation of the rehabilitation nursing intervention measures, analysis of the treatment effect for patients after discharge from hospital. Results: the observation group after discharge, daily life ability of neurological function, motor function and depression scores were significantly better than the control group. Significant difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the recovery of cerebral infarction patients in rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the neurological function and activities of daily living, motor function, is worth the clinical promotion.
