Objective: To observe the acupuncture massage and exercise therapy clinical curative effect for the treatment of stroke hemiplegia. Methods: Select from September 2012 in September 2013 hospitalized in our hospital 62 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia, randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group of 31 cases. Control group adopts pure drug therapy, treatment group was treated in the control group, on the basis of using acupuncture massage and exercise therapy. Results: Treatment group total effective rate was 90.32% in the control group total effective rate was 77.42%, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Stroke patients with hemiplegia applied acupuncture massage and cooperate with exercise therapy on improving hemiplegia and limb movement function has a more prominent role, is currently one of the more scientific treatment.
