摘要
目的：探讨分析子宫内膜异位症是否是导致异位妊娠发生的原因。方法：选取155例异位妊娠患者，并统计分析这些患者的临床资料。结果：在155例患者中有宫腔手术史者58例，占37.42%；有腹部手术史者8例，占5.16%；合并有子宫内膜异位症者18例，占11.61%。结论：子宫内膜异位症可以增加异位妊娠的风险，及早的发现并治疗子宫内膜异位症可以降低异位妊娠的发病几率。两者具有高度的相关性。
Abstract
Objective:TO investigate and analyze whether endometriosis wil result in ectopic gestation.Methods:Select 155 patients with ectopic pregnancy,statistical analysis of the clinical data of these patients.Results:In 155 patients,18 patients with endometriosis(11.61%);58 patients with a history of operations of uterine cavity(37.42%);8 patients with a history of abdominal operation(5.16%).Conclusion:Endometriosis wil increased risk of ectopic pregnancy.Early detection and treatment of endometriosis can reduced risk of ectopic pregnancy.Endometriosis and ectopic pregnancy have high correlation.
