摘要
目的：结合临床实践经验，探讨中医护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者疗效的影响。方法：选取我院脑梗死偏瘫患者60例作为研究对象，将这些患者随机分为两组，中医护理干预治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)，对对照组进行常规护理，对治疗组除采取常规护理外，还采用中医护理干预方式进行护理。结果：中医护理干预对脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)，差别有统计学意义。结论：中医护理干预能明显提高脑梗死偏瘫患者的肢体功能，疗效显著，值得在临床上广泛运用。
Abstract
Objective: combined with clinical practice experien-ce, to explore the effect of Chinese medicine nursing in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods: select 60 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), to the control group, routine nursing in the treatment group in addition to the conventional nursing, also used the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention approach to care. Results: TCM nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia clinical effect is much better than that of control group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistical y significant. Conclusion: TCM nursing intervention can significantly improve the limb function in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia, curative effect is distinct, is widely used in clinic.
