摘要
目的：总结分析抗精神病药物对精神病患者的血脂、血糖以及肥胖的影响。方法：选择2010年6月～2012年11月期间我院收治的110例精神病患者为研究对象，均给予抗精神病药物治疗10周，比较治疗前后患者血脂、血糖、肥胖指标的变化情况。结果：110例精神病患者服用抗精神药物治疗后体重（70.5±12.6）kg明显高于治疗前，血糖水平（5.4±0.9）mmol/L、甘油三酯水平（1.8±1.2）mmol/L明显高于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：抗精神病药物具有增加精神病患者血糖、血脂代谢的作用，容易引起患者肥胖。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate impact of antipsychotic drugs on mental patients lipids, blood glucose and the obesity. Methods: 110 cases of patients with psychosis in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were selected as study,treated by antipsychotics drugs for 10 weeks. Changes in blood lipids , blood glucose, obesity indicators before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment,the weight(70.5±12.6)kg, blood glucose levels (5.4±0.9) mmol / L , and triglyceride levels (1.8±1.2) mmol / L of 110 patients with psychosis were significantly higher than that of before treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion: Antipsychotics drugs can increase blood sugar , lipid metabolism of psychiatric patients and make patients prone to obesity.
