摘要
目的：探讨炎琥宁治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析了2012年1月～2013年10月我院儿科对收治的62例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿采用炎琥宁治疗的临床资料，并与同期给于病毒唑治疗的62例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿作对照。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.16%，对照组为75.81%，观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患儿治疗前后肝肾功能、血尿常规无明显变化，未见其他严重不良反应发生。结论炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染安全、疗效显著、能明显改善临床症状，缩短病程，防止并发症，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of the treatment of children in our hospital from 2013 October of 62 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in 2012 to January, and compared with ribavirin therapy in 62 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection with the same. Treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results observation treatment group total effectiveness 95.16%, control group was 75.81%, total effective treatment observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.05). Two groups before and after treatment in children with liver and kidney function, blood in urine routine has no obvious change, no other serious adverse reactions. Conclusion inflammation Hu safety, efficacy significantly better in treatment of children acute upper respiratory tract infection, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the course of the disease, prevent complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
