摘要
目的：探究对子宫肌瘤患者应用开腹手术治疗的临床效果。方法：选自本院2011年-2013年收治的子宫肌瘤患者214例，所有患者均接受开腹手术治疗，对其临床资料以回顾性的方法进行分析，了解接受开腹手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者各项临床指标。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，术后有64例患者出现并发症，经对症处理后痊愈；53例患者需应用术后镇痛药物。结论：对子宫肌瘤患者应用开腹手术治疗能够取得满意的临床治疗效果，但术后有较高概率出现并发症且患者术后会产生强烈疼痛，应该注重围手术期的护理措施，保障临床治疗效果。
Abstract
Objective: to explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment of patients with uterine fibroids application laparotomy. Methods: selected from our hospital in 2011-2013 of 214 patients with uterine fibroids treated, al patients were treated with open operation, its clinical data by the method of retrospective analysis, understanding of open operation treatment of patients with uterine fibroids clinical indicators. Results: al patients were successful y completed surgery, postoperative complications in 64 patients, after symptomatic treatment to heal; 53 patients need apply postoperative analgesic drugs. Conclusion: the use of open operation for patients with uterine fibroids can obtain satisfactory clinical effect, but have a higher probability of complications and postoperative patients with postoperative wil produce strong pain, should pay attention to perioperative nursing measures, ensure the clinical therapeutic effect.
