探讨小骨窗开颅联合双侧脑室引流治疗高血压性脑出血的效果观察

摘要
目的：探讨小骨窗开颅联合双侧脑室引流治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果。方法选取自2009年11月至2012年3月来我院诊治的高血压性脑出血病人资料，该组研究对象皆采取小骨窗开颅联合双侧脑室引流的治疗方法，对其进行回顾性分析。结果此种方法可以迅速清除脑出血造成的血肿，治疗时间短，不易发生慢性脑积水。结论小骨窗开颅联合双侧脑室引流对于治疗高血压性脑出血效果显著，可作为临床一线治疗方法。
Abstract
Objective To explore the smal bone window craniotomy combined with bilateral ventricle drainage in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage clinical effect. Methods the patients of hypertensive cerebral from 2009 November to 2012 March in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhage, the study group were taken treatment method of smal bone window craniotomy combined with bilateral ventricle drainage, retrospective analysis was performed on the. Results this method can quickly remove the hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage, treatment time is short, less prone to chronic hydrocephalus. Conclusion smal bone window craniotomy combined with bilateral ventricle drainage for treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage significant effect, can be used as a first-line treatment.
